Foundations: Purposeful, Pleasurable, Practical

Following on from the discussions around personality, i look at how solid foundations can elicit change & progress on the mystical path.

I look at how psychological tools for recovery from addiction cross-over neatly with Hermetic mysticism and how these techniques can be applied in everyday life.

The PPP tool is a cornerstone of addictive recovery intervention, laying down the foundations for a balanced lifestyle whereas the 3 Attainments are the work of British philosopher and esotericist Neil Kramer, again laying down the pre-requisites for spiritual progress.

Having used both these techniques with great success I thought i would share the underpinning knowledge and allow others to apply it to their lives directly.

I strongly suggest visiting Neil’s website and purchasing the recent workshop he delivered in New York, essential for all serious mystics and sages.
